Rotherham, United KingdomJoined 2026

Rotherham Minster gives us an exceptional historic setting in the centre of Rotherham, combining centuries of architectural character with a welcoming space for concerts, ceremonies, exhibitions and community events. Officially known as the Church of All Saints, our Grade I listed building is one of Yorkshire's largest and most distinguished parish churches. Our heritage can be seen throughout the building, from the 15th-century tower and medieval choir stalls to the stained glass, Norman font and historic Snetzler organ. These features create an atmosphere that is particularly well suited to occasions where architecture, music and a sense of ceremony are important. We welcome formal concerts, musical performances, ceremonies, exhibitions, civic services, community activities and cultural programmes. Our venue-hire arrangements can also include refreshments, music and stewarding, helping organisers create a well-supported event within the historic setting. Our central location makes Rotherham Minster convenient for visitors, with Rotherham Central railway station and the town's bus interchange nearby. We also provide step-free and ramped access, an accessible toilet and hearing-loop facilities. Whether you are planning a concert, formal ceremony, exhibition or community gathering, we offer something far removed from a conventional event venue. Our combination of historic architecture, impressive acoustics, central accessibility and distinctive atmosphere makes Rotherham Minster a memorable setting for a wide range of occasions.

The North Transept

The North Transept

£0.00

The North Transept forms part of the historic cruciform plan of Rotherham Minster. It is associated with the Minster's historic organ and provides additional internal space away from the central nave.

 The South Transept

The South Transept

£0.00

The South Transept faces the main open courtyard of the town centre and is renowned for its magnificent, towering stained glass window. At night, this side of the building is often illuminated for local festivals, beautifully showcasing the intricate Gothic tracery from the outside.

The Chancel

The Chancel

£0.00

The Chancel is the eastern part of the Minster and contains some of the building's most important historic features, including the medieval choir stalls, sedilia and historic decorative work. It remains principally a liturgical area, so it should not be treated as an independently bookable conference room.
