We are Village Hotel Newcastle, a modern hotel, meeting and events venue located at Silverlink North, conveniently positioned between Newcastle city centre and the North East coast. We provide a wide range of flexible spaces for conferences, corporate meetings, training, workshops, weddings, parties and private celebrations. Our event facilities include the large Inspiration Suite alongside numerous smaller Inspiration, Motivation and VWorks spaces, allowing us to accommodate everything from intimate meetings to major conferences and celebrations. Our largest published event configuration can accommodate up to 400 people, while our banqueting facilities can cater for up to 250 guests. We provide high-speed Wi-Fi, screen-share technology, interactive whiteboards, audiovisual equipment, projectors, microphones, PA facilities, natural daylight and blackout options. We also offer catering, refreshments, breakout areas and on-site Starbucks. Beyond events, we provide comfortable hotel accommodation, a Pub & Grill, indoor swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam room, whirlpool and fitness facilities. Our combination of flexible event spaces and extensive on-site amenities allows us to host both business and social occasions under one roof.
We offer our Inspiration Suite as our principal large-event space. We can configure it for major conferences, training, corporate events, awards ceremonies, gala dinners and large celebrations, with capacity of up to 400 depending on layout.

We offer Inspiration 6 as a compact meeting room for focused discussions, interviews and small business meetings. We can accommodate up to 12 delegates in boardroom configuration.
We provide Inspiration 7 for small meetings, boardroom discussions and intimate events. We can accommodate up to 30 delegates in boardroom configuration and 12 for banqueting.
We offer Inspiration 8 as a compact meeting room suited to interviews, small meetings and focused business discussions, accommodating up to 12 delegates in boardroom configuration.
We provide Inspiration 9 for smaller meetings and intimate business events, with boardroom capacity for up to 30 delegates and banquet capacity for up to 12.

We provide Motivation 2 as a compact room for small meetings and private discussions, accommodating up to 10 delegates in boardroom or banquet configuration.
