The Arches, Dean Clough, Halifax

Set within the historic Dean Clough Mills complex in central Halifax, The Arches provides a distinctive industrial setting for weddings, private celebrations, corporate events and large-scale functions. Our venue combines the character of the former Victorian mill with contemporary event facilities, creating a flexible space for both formal and informal occasions. We accommodate up to 400 guests in theatre style, 380 for dinner and 340 in a cabaret arrangement, making us suitable for large conferences, weddings, dinners, proms, charity events and Christmas parties. Our experienced Events Team supports the planning and delivery of events, while the wider Dean Clough site provides restaurants, cafés, galleries, meeting facilities and an on-site Travelodge. We benefit from plentiful parking and strong transport links, with the venue located within walking distance of Halifax town centre. Our exposed brickwork, stone floors, iron pillars and distinctive industrial character provide a memorable backdrop for events throughout the year.
