The Britannia Hotel Newcastle Airport is our conveniently located conference and events venue, positioned just a three-minute walk from Newcastle International Airport. We provide six conference rooms ranging from smaller meeting rooms to larger suites, with capacity for up to 400 delegates. Our flexible spaces can be arranged for meetings, conferences, exhibitions and corporate events, with technical facilities available to support audio-visual requirements. The Castellan Suite provides our largest dedicated space at 359 square metres and can be divided into two sections, making it particularly suitable for exhibitions and larger gatherings. The Wansbeck Suite offers 161 square metres for meetings and other corporate events. Our dedicated conference team supports organisers throughout the planning process. Alongside our meeting facilities, we provide free Wi-Fi, on-site parking, accommodation, a restaurant and bar, making it practical for delegates travelling from Newcastle, elsewhere in the UK or by air.
