The Parlour at Blagdon is our exclusive-use wedding and events venue, nestled within the beautiful Blagdon Estate in the Northumbrian countryside, just 10 minutes north of Newcastle. We combine rustic charm with modern comforts to create a relaxed and intimate setting for weddings, private celebrations and corporate occasions. Our venue features a Grade II listed Smithy, charming courtyard, landscaped gardens, Stables Bar and elegant Willow Room. We can accommodate up to 90 guests for daytime ceremonies and receptions, with evening receptions welcoming up to 175 guests. We offer exclusive use, allowing each celebration to remain private and focused on our guests. Our gardens feature festoon lighting, outdoor seating and a cosy firepit, while our team provides flexible dining options and event support. For corporate groups, we offer dedicated meeting spaces, catering packages and five bedrooms accommodating up to 10 guests. We also provide evening entertainment, buffet options and a late-night lounge for celebrations.
