We are the Gibside Hotel, a welcoming event and accommodation venue in the heart of Whickham, conveniently located just minutes from Newcastle and the A1M. We provide flexible spaces for meetings, conferences, weddings, private celebrations and a wide range of special occasions. Our meeting facilities can accommodate gatherings from small groups of two through to events for up to 60 people. We provide practical event facilities including projectors, screens, flipcharts, stationery, fast Wi-Fi and refreshments, with dedicated staff available to support your event. For private celebrations, our Bowes Suite, Ravensworth Suite and Strathmore Room provide flexible spaces that can be tailored to different occasions. We also offer an on-site bar and restaurant, catering options, accommodation and residential delegate packages. With 46 bedrooms, convenient access, event coordination and a friendly atmosphere, we aim to make meetings, celebrations and overnight stays comfortable, straightforward and enjoyable for our guests.
