Rydal Hall is our historic retreat, accommodation and event venue in the heart of the English Lake District. We are set within approximately 30 acres of gardens, woodlands and natural beauty, creating a peaceful environment for groups, meetings, retreats and celebrations. Our facilities include six meeting rooms, which can be hired for individual hours or full days, together with our Bishop Bulley Barn for larger gatherings of up to 100 people. We provide catering through our kitchen team, with home-cooked meals and options to suit different visits. Our spaces are suitable for workshops, training events, celebrations, dances, conferences, business groups and leisure groups. We also offer overnight accommodation within Rydal Hall, the Coach House and Bunk House, making us suitable for residential group programmes. Our estate includes a historic chapel, gardens, walking trails and a café, giving visitors opportunities to combine their event with relaxation, reflection and exploration of the surrounding Lake District.
