AESSEAL New York Stadium is a modern football stadium and multi-purpose events venue situated on New York Way in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. We opened in 2012 and are home to Rotherham United Football Club, while also operating an established hospitality and conference service alongside our sporting activities. Our location close to Rotherham town centre and key transport connections makes us suitable for both local and regional corporate events. Our event facilities comprise a collection of pitch-facing suites, flexible hospitality rooms and smaller executive meeting spaces. We welcome conferences, seminars, training days, product launches, exhibitions, banquets, dinners, networking events, corporate hospitality and private celebrations. Depending on the chosen space and configuration, we can accommodate events for up to 400 guests. We combine contemporary event facilities with views over the football pitch. Our facilities include natural daylight, flexible layouts, Wi-Fi, selected AV equipment, specialist catering, event support and on-site parking. Our events team works closely with organisers to determine room layouts, guest numbers, catering and other operational requirements.
The premium and largest event space on site. Named after the historic year of the football club's foundation, this vast, bright hall features integrated media technology and private bar counters. It is tailored perfectly for large-scale corporate exhibitions, main-stage theater conferences, or extensive award ceremonies.
A magnificent banquet hall featuring sweeping floor-to-ceiling windows that provide guests with exceptional views over the pitch. The space is equipped with adjustable mood lighting arrays and two fully separate bars. It serves as a favored regional venue for upscale wedding receptions, dinner dances, and prom parties.
The Brooklyn Suite forms part of the Level 1 flexible-suite arrangement. It can be used independently or as part of the wider 1925 Suite configuration. It is suitable for seminars, training, meetings, networking, private dining and other corporate or private functions. Older published venue information gives a capacity of up to 150 theatre-style.
Central Park is another flexible suite within the Level 1 event configuration. It can operate as an individual event room or contribute to a larger multi-room arrangement. The space is suitable for meetings, training, seminars, networking, hospitality and private events. The Manhattan Suite is part of the stadium's flexible suite collection. It can be used for smaller events or combined with other areas when a larger programme requires multiple rooms. The Silver Lounge is one of the flexible pitch-facing suites identified by the venue. It is positioned on Level 2 as part of the New York Suite configuration and can be used for corporate gatherings, meetings, networking, hospitality and private dining. Its flexible relationship with the New York Suite also makes it useful as a breakout or secondary event area.
The Guest Lounge is another flexible event space within the New York Suite arrangement. It can function as a standalone hospitality or meeting environment or as part of a larger event configuration. Its pitch-facing stadium setting makes it appropriate for client hosting, networking, presentations and smaller corporate events.
The stadium has smaller executive hospitality boxes that can be hired individually or used as additional breakout areas alongside larger conferences. The club describes them as intimate spaces suitable for meetings and generating ideas, and each has a TV screen suitable for presentations and branding. The current events website groups executive boxes and meeting rooms at up to 48 guests.
