The Gosforth Park Suite is the venue's principal large conference and exhibition suite. Located on the first floor of Brandling House, it can accommodate up to 500 people and can be divided to create a separate breakout area. An adjoining lounge and terrace provide additional registration, refreshments or informal breakout space, with views across the racecourse and surrounding parkland.
Park View Suite is a flexible conference facility with panoramic views across the racecourse and the 812-acre High Gosforth Park estate. It can accommodate up to 250 delegates and has additional breakout facilities. The venue highlights its proximity to 12 meeting rooms, making it particularly useful for conferences requiring simultaneous workshops or smaller sessions.
The Grandstand Hall is a substantial ground-floor open event space covering approximately 1,400 square metres. It provides a flexible blank canvas for exhibitions, fairs, shows and large public or corporate events. The official website does not currently provide a single maximum guest capacity, so the capacity should be confirmed according to the proposed layout.
The Charles Brandling Room is located within the Grade II-listed Brandling House and retains distinctive 18th-century architectural features. It is particularly suitable for smaller conferences, seminars, wedding receptions and special occasions. An adjoining lounge provides additional space for private meetings and one-to-one sessions. Newcastle Racecourse currently advertises 24 professional meeting rooms, ranging from intimate spaces for meetings and interviews to larger rooms for training and breakout activities.
