Hellaby Hall Hotel is a four-star hotel and events venue situated in Hellaby, near Rotherham, South Yorkshire. We combine a historic 17th-century manor house with contemporary conference, accommodation, leisure and hospitality facilities. Our landscaped grounds provide an attractive setting for weddings, photographs, receptions and outdoor activities, while our location close to the M18 and M1 makes us accessible from Rotherham, Sheffield and Doncaster.
Our events operation is particularly versatile. Our largest space, the Colonial Suite, is a purpose-built function room with natural daylight, a private bar, moveable dancefloor, dedicated kitchen facilities and access to the surrounding gardens. We can divide the suite into the Bramley Suite and Garden Suite, allowing us to accommodate different event sizes and formats.
Alongside our larger function spaces, we retain distinctive historic meeting rooms including the Kitchen, Bakery, Cellar, Drawing Room and Library. These provide smaller environments for meetings, interviews, training, private dining and celebrations.
We also offer 89 bedrooms, The Carnelly Restaurant, bar and lounge, a 20-metre swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam room, spa pool and beauty and spa facilities. We cater for weddings, conferences, meetings, exhibitions, parties, proms, baby showers and celebrations of life.

The Kitchen

The Drawing Room is an original room within the manor house, located on the first floor with views towards the front gardens. The room measures approximately 40 sqm and has a more intimate character than the Colonial Suite. Hellaby Hall specifically recommends it for private celebrations and afternoon tea.
The Library
£0.00
The Library is an intimate, charming meeting room located in the original manor building. It features a bright alcove window, built-in bookshelves, and traditional seating layout variants. It is a highly requested venue for private executive board meetings, small focus sessions for up to 15 delegates, and elegant afternoon teas.
The Cellar & Carnelly Wine Selection
