The Grandstand (+ Foyer) is our largest event setting, where we can accommodate up to 600 guests theatre-style or for a banquet. We provide a substantial flexible environment for major conferences, exhibitions, gala dinners and large celebrations, supported by dedicated foyer space, power, air conditioning and accessible facilities.

The Grandstand Suite is our largest enclosed suite, accommodating up to 600 guests theatre-style and 550 for banquets. We provide a versatile setting for major conferences, gala dinners, weddings and large-scale events, with natural daylight, dedicated facilities and flexible layouts.

The Grandstand 1 & 2 combination gives us a substantial flexible event space for up to 300 guests theatre-style. We use this configuration for larger conferences, dinners, cabaret events and corporate gatherings where organisers need significant capacity without the full Grandstand.

The Grandstand 3 & 4 combination provides us with a flexible mid-sized event setting for up to 250 guests theatre-style. We can use this space for conferences, banquets, corporate gatherings and larger social occasions, with blackout facilities and accessible event provision.

The Grandstand 1 Suite provides us with a flexible individual event room for up to 140 guests theatre-style. We can arrange the room for classroom, boardroom, cabaret, U-shaped or banquet layouts, making it suitable for conferences, meetings and private events.

The Grandstand 2 Suite offers us a second flexible room with the same published maximum capacities as Grandstand 1. We can arrange it for conferences, meetings, classroom sessions, board meetings, cabaret events and banquets, giving organisers a versatile individual space.

The Grandstand 3 Suite provides us with a smaller individual event space for up to 130 guests theatre-style. We offer flexible seating for meetings, training, conferences, cabaret events and banquets, with air conditioning and accessible facilities.

The Grandstand 4 Suite gives us another flexible event space for up to 120 guests theatre-style. We can arrange the room for meetings, conferences, classroom sessions, cabaret events and banquets, with air conditioning and accessible facilities.

The Classics Suite provides us with an elegant, naturally lit setting for up to 300 guests theatre-style or 180 for a banquet. We can use this versatile suite for conferences, dinners, weddings and celebrations, while its flexible design allows us to divide it into smaller rooms.

The Classics Suite 1 gives us a naturally lit individual event room accommodating up to 100 guests theatre-style. We can arrange it for meetings, training, boardroom sessions, classroom events, cabaret functions and smaller banquets.

The Classics Suite 2 provides us with a naturally lit room for up to 100 guests theatre-style. We offer flexible arrangements for meetings, training, presentations, boardroom sessions, cabaret events and banquets, making this a versatile smaller section of our Classics Suite.

The Classics Suite 3 gives us another naturally lit room with capacity for up to 100 guests theatre-style. We can use the space for meetings, training, presentations, cabaret events and banquets, with flexible layouts to suit different event requirements.

The Racecourse Suite gives us a naturally lit event setting for up to 120 guests theatre-style. We offer views towards Gosforth Park and can divide the suite into four smaller rooms, making it suitable for conferences, meetings, training sessions and smaller events.

The Racecourse Suite 1 provides us with a naturally lit meeting and event room for up to 60 guests theatre-style. We can arrange the room for meetings, training, boardroom sessions, classroom events, cabaret functions and smaller banquets.

The Racecourse Suite 2 is one of our smallest meeting rooms, accommodating up to 20 guests theatre-style. We provide flexible layouts for intimate meetings, boardroom discussions, small training sessions and private gatherings, with natural daylight and accessible facilities.

The Racecourse Suite 3 provides us with a compact naturally lit event room for up to 40 guests theatre-style. We can arrange it for meetings, boardroom discussions, training sessions, cabaret events and smaller banquets.

The Racecourse Suite 4 gives us another compact naturally lit room for up to 20 guests theatre-style. We provide intimate meeting, training and boardroom arrangements, making this room suitable for smaller professional gatherings and private discussions.

The Boardroom Suite gives us a dedicated private meeting environment for up to 20 guests in boardroom configuration. We provide a naturally lit, air-conditioned setting designed for focused discussions, executive meetings and smaller professional gatherings.

The Ash Suite provides us with an intimate naturally lit meeting room for up to 22 guests theatre-style. We offer flexible U-shaped, classroom and boardroom layouts, making the room particularly suitable for smaller meetings, interviews, training and executive discussions.

The Beech Suite provides us with another intimate naturally lit meeting room for up to 22 guests theatre-style. We offer flexible layouts for U-shaped meetings, classroom sessions and boardroom discussions, making the room suitable for focused professional gatherings.
