Quorum Park

We are Quorum Park, a thriving business park on Benton Lane in Newcastle upon Tyne, providing a modern working environment alongside a wide range of facilities, services and community activities. At our Q11 building, we provide meeting facilities including a separate boardroom and meeting room, both available to book on an hourly, half-day or full-day basis. We also provide high-speed internet, sports facilities, a BBQ area, pool bikes, giant games and access to our on-site Hub and support team. Our Events Manager organises a varied programme throughout the year, including food events, markets, sports tournaments, wellbeing activities and seasonal celebrations. We aim to create more than simply a place to work by providing opportunities for businesses, employees and the wider park community to connect, socialise and participate in activities. Our facilities and flexible meeting spaces make Quorum Park suitable for business meetings, community activities and a variety of organised events.
