West Moor Community Centre

We are West Moor Community Centre, a community-focused venue on Benton Lane in West Moor, Newcastle upon Tyne. We provide a welcoming space for local residents, organisations and groups to meet, socialise and take part in a wide range of activities and events. Our centre has been managed by the West Moor Residents Association since 2007, and community involvement remains at the heart of what we do. We accommodate activities for people of different ages and provide facilities that can be used for parties, social gatherings, classes, entertainment and community events. Our facilities are complemented by outdoor recreational areas, including football fields and a MUGA sports pitch. We also organise and support a varied programme of community activities throughout the year. Whether you are looking to arrange a private celebration, community gathering, recreational activity or regular class, we aim to provide a practical, friendly and accessible environment where people can come together.
