The suite accommodates up to 250 theatre-style delegates, with reception capacity reaching 300 people.
The Sebastian Coe Suite is a medium-sized conference and event room on the hotel's mezzanine floor. It has natural daylight, air conditioning and lift or stair access, making it suitable for corporate meetings, training, seminars and smaller celebrations. It accommodates up to 100 theatre-style delegates and 120 for receptions.
The Donna Hartley Suite is a smaller meeting room designed for intimate corporate meetings, training sessions and private events. It is located on the mezzanine floor and benefits from natural daylight and air conditioning. The current hotel information lists a theatre capacity of 60, while its fact sheet lists 50.
Room 332 is the hotel's smallest documented dedicated meeting space. Located on the third floor, the compact room is primarily configured for boardroom meetings and small discussions rather than conferences or receptions. The current hotel fact sheet gives a boardroom capacity of eight, making it suitable for very small business meetings
