The Assembly Rooms

We use our Music Hall as our largest and most adaptable space, with a substantial stage, high ceilings and flexible seating. It works particularly well for conferences, performances, dinners, exhibitions and large celebrations.

Our Ballroom provides a large, grand setting that can be configured for conferences, performances, dinners, receptions and other major events, with flexible staging and seating arrangements.

Our East Drawing Room provides another flexible smaller-scale setting, suitable for meetings, receptions and private functions alongside larger events taking place elsewhere in the building.

We offer the West Drawing Room as a smaller event space for meetings, receptions, dinners and more intimate gatherings, while retaining the character and grandeur of the wider venue.

We use our Oval Room for smaller meetings and gatherings where a more intimate environment is appropriate. Its compact scale makes it particularly suited to focused group sessions.

Our East Artists Room is one of the smaller supporting rooms within the venue, providing a compact space for small meetings or event-related activities.

Our West Artists Room mirrors the small-scale function of the East Artists Room and can be used for compact meetings or supporting activities during larger events.

Our West Chorus Room offers the same published boardroom capacity as the East Chorus Room and provides another compact supporting space within the building.

We provide the East Chorus Room as a small supporting room within the venue, suitable for compact meetings or operational use associated with larger events.

Our Under Balcony Area provides useful additional space beneath the Music Hall balcony and can accommodate receptions, meetings and supporting event activity.

We offer the West Balcony Suite as a small, more private space that can support receptions, meetings or other activities connected with events in the main rooms.
