Business Centre @ The Deep brings a professional meeting environment to Hull’s waterfront, positioned immediately beside the city’s iconic aquarium, The Deep. Our refreshed identity in 2025 reflects our independent business-centre focus while retaining a strong connection to The Deep and its wider charitable and conservation work. Meeting and business facilities are designed for groups of different sizes, with our four dedicated spaces accommodating between 2 and 55 delegates. The Conference Room, Meeting Room 1, Gentoo Suite and Ephyra Suite provide practical settings for meetings, interviews, workshops, training sessions and smaller conferences. Natural daylight, free Wi-Fi, chilled water and meeting essentials are provided across the spaces, while selected rooms feature flat-screen displays with Apple Play, video conferencing, conference phones, flipcharts and whiteboards. Breakfast and lunch catering can also be arranged to suit the programme. Beyond the meeting rooms, guests have access to free on-site parking, high-speed fibre connectivity, a managed reception, coffee lounge, communal kitchens, outdoor picnic area and on-site catering. Our waterfront location also creates opportunities to make a corporate event more memorable by combining a meeting with hospitality or an event at The Deep itself. The Conference Room is the largest dedicated meeting room at Business Centre @ The Deep and is intended for larger meetings, training days, presentations and conferences. It benefits from natural lighting and a waterfront location overlooking the Humber. The room includes a flat-screen TV with Apple Play, video-conferencing facilities, Wi-Fi, conference phone, telephone, flipchart, whiteboard, meeting essentials and catering options.
Meeting Room 1 provides a more conventional corporate environment for meetings, presentations and training sessions. The room benefits from natural light and is equipped with a flat-screen TV with Apple Play, video-conferencing capability, free Wi-Fi, conference phone, telephone, flipchart, meeting essentials and catering options.
The Gentoo Suite is a compact meeting room designed for smaller groups of up to 10 people. It provides a professional setting for meetings, interviews, training and focused group discussions. Like the other Business Centre spaces, it benefits from free Wi-Fi, telephone facilities, meeting essentials and catering options.
The Ephyra Suite is the smallest and most intimate of the named Business Centre spaces. The official venue specifically describes it as suitable for 1-to-1 meetings, making it particularly appropriate for interviews, confidential discussions, consultations and very small meetings.
