Healey Barn

Set in the Northumberland countryside near Riding Mill, we offer an atmospheric 18th-century stone barn surrounded by panoramic views of the Tyne Valley. Our restored barn combines historic character with modern comfort, retaining soaring ceilings, exposed oak features and a magnificent open fireplace. We create a warm and memorable setting throughout the year, with more than 100 candles and fairy lights adding atmosphere inside, while our sheltered courtyard provides a beautiful outdoor space for drinks, photographs and celebrations. Our barn is licensed for civil ceremonies for up to 130 guests and can accommodate up to 144 guests for dining, with evening celebrations for up to 200 guests. We provide a dedicated wedding planning team, in-house catering, BBQ and French rotisserie feasts, a lighting and sound system, dance floor, fire pits and a late licence until 1am. With nearby accommodation at Healey Hall and its cottages, we also make it possible for couples and their closest guests to extend the celebration beyond the wedding day.
