It is suitable for conferences, wedding receptions, civil ceremonies, dinners, presentations and larger meetings. The room can accommodate up to 200 theatre-style according to current venue specifications, with smaller classroom, U-shape, reception and banquet configurations.
The Gelder Suite is one of the hotel's smaller function spaces and has historically been promoted for intimate civil ceremonies and private functions. Has a capacity of approximately 50 for civil ceremonies. It is a small event/wedding room.
The Prince of Wales Suite is a smaller function room intended for intimate meetings, celebrations and wedding ceremonies. Has a civil-ceremony capacity of approximately 50 guests, making it suitable where a smaller private environment is preferred over the hotel's larger suites.
The Windsor Suite is a large flexible function room used for conferences, receptions, weddings, dinners and celebrations. It provides a substantial alternative to the Royal and Edwardian Suites and can accommodate approximately 250 theatre-style according to venue specifications. Its event configurations also support banqueting, receptions and corporate meetings.
The Castle Suite is a medium-sized event room suitable for meetings, conferences, private functions, wedding ceremonies and receptions. It accommodates up to 100 theatre-style and offers classroom, boardroom, cabaret, U-shape, banquet and dinner-dance configurations, making it one of the hotel's more flexible medium-sized function rooms.
Designed specifically for high-level corporate interactions, executive boards, and sensitive interviews, this room offers standard audio-visual connectivity. The central oak table setup comfortably hosts up to 15 to 20 delegates, providing an intimate, quiet environment ideal for private planning, strategy meetings, and syndicate work sessions.
